Those product-specific facts form part of the offer and are incorporated into the Product Terms.
Paid orders made through Paddle are processed by Paddle as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles order, payment, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, transaction/billing support and refunds. nClear handles the software, account access, entitlement and technical/product support.
