Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to Kite Prompter digital software subscriptions purchased through our website. Kite Prompter is a small independent software product by nClear Software.

2. Digital access

Subscriptions provide digital access to PRO features. Once payment succeeds and digital access is delivered, refunds are not guaranteed.

3. Paddle handling

For web purchases, Paddle acts as merchant of record and payment processor. Where applicable, refund requests and payment disputes may be handled through Paddle's systems and policies.

Email billing@nclear.pro with the email address used for your Kite Prompter account, the Paddle receipt or transaction ID if available, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional information to locate the payment and understand the request.

6. Native app store purchases

App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat billing are planned for later native app purchases and are not active in the current web billing setup. If native billing is introduced later, refunds for those purchases may need to be requested through Apple or Google according to their own policies.
